Wow, I am impressed. I hope I will be allowed to join as one of your students in your upcoming project.

I am a new investor and a protege of EWI. I am new in this country and trying to pursue a business I really like. I can give all my time and willing to partake any needed effort to attain success. I jsut need guidance and mentoring help from successful people like you.

I’ve heard some goody things about this blog. The content has really been useful a great balance of text and pictures.

Customer Service? What a novel concept in today’s marketplace. Being in “customer service oriented” businesses all my life, I miss true customer service.

I recently lost my job and have since used what little savings I had put away on getting by. Like many others, I am looking to real estate to “make my mark”. I have no legacy to leave my 15-year old son and that bothers me more than anything. I want him to see his father as a success.

I have no money and terrible credit. I do, however, have a strong desire to succeed in an ethical manner and to help those less fortunate. I would be honored to be included as a student in your project.

As Albert Einstein said: “You can’t solve a problem with the same ‘mind’ that created it”.

Great read, solid information. Worth reading over and over. Thank you! And, yes I agree, having attended several seminars the basics which you have mentioned in your ebook are never mentioned. And those are so crucial to set up any business but mostly overlooked when it comes to home based businesses. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to be part of it. Hope everybody is able to implement follow those strategies.

My question is how can one get started with limited income.
Do you have to rely on a Realtor for help.
Do you need a lender.

I have been noticing a drop in response to my pre foreclosure marketing as the banks appear to be working more with homeowners in distress. The REO’s are still going for more than they should in our area and makes it tough to get deals on those. Aside from going into other areas of the country, any thoughts on a new game plan in my market?

The manifesto was excellent for a free report. These are some things I would like to hear on the call. The housing prices are declining and will for a while, advice? What do you say to a real estate agent to get him to pass you some deals? How much should you cut him in (percentage, certain amount, etc.)? For someone who finds you a deal, what is an average finder’s fee? Can you still flip a property for a profit with the declining house market? If so, tips?

Brilliant ideas! Your Manifesto came on time to save me from financial disaster and failure as an enterprenuer. Looking back, everything I did was wrong. I spent thousands of dollars not getting anywhere. What an opportunist I was!

Allowing us to print the Manifesto gave me the freedom to mark and make notations on it. I’ll read it from time to time to stay on the right tract.

At first I was skeptical with 8 Figure Empire. You gave us everything Brad. With right attitude and strategies, it can be attained.
